Market District/Giant Eagle

Market District/Giant Eagle is a 100,000-square ft. food market located on southern tip of Carmel, Indiana. The project demonstrated EM Company’s expansive capabilities with the installation of three air handling units, 19 rooftop units, 14 kitchen hoods and exhaust fans, one makeup air unit, 15 volume control terminals, 14 exhaust fans and three destratification fans. The project included eight gas unit heaters, four ductless split systems, five wall louvers, stainless steel ducts (between hoods and exhaust fans) and the stainless-steel trim located throughout the store and GetGo gas station.
