Robin Run Village

Robin Run Village is a sprawling senior living community featuring 125+ individual living spaces, an aquatic center, a full-service kitchen and dining area and much more. The project showcased EM Company’s versatile mechanical contracting services. Technicians set and piped in four fluid coolers for the boiler and hydronic system, piped in three boilers with the associated pumps and chemical feed station and connected heat pumps to the 125+ individual living spaces. EM Company installed a makeup air unit as well as the supply and return air vents. Click on the pictures below to view the work.
